Is EngageMotion a fitness or life-coaching brand, and do you guarantee engagement or virality?
No. We are an engagement and motion-creative marketing agency that plans and runs campaigns for client brands — "motion" means video, motion graphics and campaign momentum across channels, NOT fitness, physiotherapy or exercise. The .life TLD is branding only, NOT a lifestyle or wellness brand. We do not guarantee reach, engagement, traffic or virality; outcomes depend on brief, market, budget and competition. Do not confuse us with engagenexus.one or engageforge.life — separate brands.
Do you work on retainer or project basis?
Both. Retainers suit always-on social engagement, video cadence, and paid social management — typically three-month initial terms with 30-day notice. Projects cover launch activation, motion graphics sprints, campaign-specific video packages, and go-to-market creative. We scope each engagement with clear deliverables and KPIs tied to your marketing dashboard.
What are typical SGD budgets?
Engagement-led retainers start from SGD 5,200 per month for SMEs. Mid-market programmes with paid social, video production, and analytics range from SGD 9,500–18,000 monthly. Standalone projects: launch activation from SGD 12,000, motion graphics sprints from SGD 6,500, paid social builds from SGD 8,500. Final quotes reflect channel mix, production complexity, and reporting depth.
How long does onboarding take?
Two to three weeks for most retainers: kickoff workshop, social and video audit, access to analytics and ad accounts, motion style alignment, first storyboard draft. Initial published assets typically appear in week four, subject to your review cycles. Rush timelines are possible with adjusted scope.
Which channels and platforms do you manage?
Google Ads, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), LinkedIn, TikTok paid social, plus organic distribution on those platforms. We integrate with your CRM, marketing automation, and analytics stack where scope allows. Programmatic and email/CRM creative direction available on larger retainers.
How often do you report?
Monthly for retainers: engagement metrics, paid social performance, video completion, conversion events, A/B testing outcomes, and recommendations. Projects include a wrap report with handover documentation. Ad-hoc dashboards available for leadership reviews.
What are contract and notice terms?
Retainers: three-month initial term, then rolling monthly with 30-day written notice. Projects: fixed scope and timeline in a statement of work. Intellectual property transfers on cleared payment per contract. Ad account and platform access remain yours — we operate as an agency partner, not a locked-in vendor.
How do you handle personal data under Singapore PDPA?

What do you NOT do?
We do not guarantee rankings, reach, leads, sales, ROI, or virality. We do not offer get-rich-quick schemes, crypto or trading promotion, MLM, accredited training courses, fitness or life coaching, content publishing or hosting platforms, or marketing SaaS products. We are a professional marketing services firm for client brands.
Who owns ad accounts, content and motion assets?
Ad accounts and brand channels remain yours. We request operator or agency access during engagements. Finished motion assets transfer to you on cleared payment with usage documentation. Raw project files may be archived per contract — we confirm at scope stage.
